Art on Point is a creative space led by a qualified arts therapist where children explore identity and build confidence. Each session starts with a gentle musical warm-up followed by guided art-making to foster self-awareness and belonging. Your child will leave with a completed artwork, a sense of pride, and new tools for self-expression and connection.

Inner Muse is a monthly expressive arts workshop designed to help you remember your inner creativity and gently nurture your mental health. Each session offers a calm, supportive space to explore a seasonal or thematic focus through guided art-making, reflective prompts, and shared moments of connection. All materials are thoughtfully provided, with sessions welcoming a wide range of creative abilities.

We offer a gentle space for creative expression where each mark, word, or image becomes a way to honour your inner world.
Through this process, participants experience a deep sense of belonging both to themselves and to the group as their stories unfold on the page. Being seen and heard through art invites reflection, connection, and self-acceptance, reminding us that our experiences matter and our voice has value.

A space for teens to switch off from screens and tap into their own creativity. Through art, journaling and group activities, they’ll explore identity, friendships, and self-expression in a safe, supportive setting that celebrates individuality.

A 10-week session that invites kids aged 7–12 into a supportive space where they can explore their ideas, practice communication and grow meaningful connections—all while making art they feel proud of.

Through art making, movement and storytelling, these holidays, we’ll discover that the little things inside us often lead to big understandings-just like dots in a drawing.
